Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.

Returns are accepted by mail to a return location within the United States. Contact us before shipping your return so we can provide the correct mailing address and instructions. Do not send returns to the registered business address unless our team specifically instructs you to do so.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind, sizing or preference returns. Rosie Mode will cover reasonable return or replacement costs for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus any additional time required by your bank or payment provider.

Size or color exchanges may be available depending on stock. Contact us before returning the original item.
